Meet the ‘Cafeteria Man’

A new documentary about the Baltimore Public School lunch system shows the possibilities.

Baltimore Public Schools have gotten a lunch makeover thanks to Tony Geraci. He’s been transforming the lunches the city for a little over two years and has met with great success.

A documentary, titled “Cafeteria Man” (formerly titled “A Recipe for Change”), due out later this year follows Geraci along with “parents, teachers, administrators, farmers, chefs, and dozens of creative and motivated students.”

You can watch the trailer below of a film that will hopefully inspire other districts to makeover their own menus and start feeding their students local, nutritious, and whole foods.
