Michelle Obama finally hits the big time

She may be first lady, but her latest gig with Elmo proves that Michelle Obama has really hit the big time.

Thu, May 07 2009 at 9:09 PM EST

I remember about 10 years ago when my oldest was little and we watched a lot of Sesame Street, I heard one of the members of R.E.M. say something like, “You can sell a lot of records and sell out concert halls, but when you’re asked to be on Sesame Street, then you know you’re really big.” They had just been asked to sing “Furry, Happy Monsters,” a take off on “Shiny, Happy People.”

If that's true about Sesame Street, then first lady Michelle Obama has finally really hit the big time. She’s recorded a PSA for Sesame Street with every child’s favorite character, Elmo. In the PSA, she tells parents, “If you want your child to have healthy habits, practice healthy habits, too. Because you’re your child’s best role model.”

One of the healthy things Obama tells Elmo she wants to do is have a healthy lunch at Hooper’s Store. There she goes again, preaching healthy food.

One acknowledges that modern life is not cheap, nevertheless we require money for various things and not every person gets big sums cash. Thus to receive quick credit loans and sba loan will be a right way out.
