On March 30, Planet Green will premier its new show, Future Food. Chefs — or as Planet Green is calling them, molecular gastronomists — Homaro Cantu and Ben Roche will redefine food while looking for solutions to many of our pressing environmental problems surrounding food and our food system.

They’re going to tackle topics such as farmed fish, recycling food that seems inedible into edible food, healthy junk food, and edible packing peanuts. And, according to the video below, at some point they’ll make a milkshake that tastes like French fries.
