Stephen Colbert weighs in on 'pink slime'
The faux-newsman wants us to embrace the slime.

I've gotten out of the habit of watching "The Colbert Report," but I came across this video yesterday and remembered exactly why I love Stephen Colbert and why my son wrote an essay last year about why Colbert is his role model. The faux-newsman gets in on the "pink slime" commentary band wagon. If you're following the "pink slime" story, you'll get a good laugh out of Colbert's take on the beef filler that "up until 2001 was used only in dog food."
In between the humor, there's an education on exactly what "pink slime" is and how people and the government are reacting to it.
I want a "Bro It's Slime" shirt. How about you?
