Video: How to grill vegetables

BBQ season is upon us. Don’t use your grill for burgers and chicken only. This video shows how easy it is to grill just about any vegetable, large or small, on your gas or charcoal grill.

I hope you find time to enjoy yourself this Memorial Day Weekend. Many of us will be firing up the grill. I thought I’d share this video that demonstrates how easy it is to grill vegetables by placing them directly on the grill, using a grill basket, threading them on skewers, or putting them in a foil packet.

The video also gives instructions for an easy to make basic marinade that can be used with all kinds of vegetables. If you’ve never thrown your vegetables on the grill before, it’s time you gave it a shot, especially if it’s already fired up for the rest of your meal.
