It seems the day after Thanksgiving isn’t just the busiest day of the year for retail stores; it’s also the busiest day of the year for plumbers who are called to come out and fix clogged garbage disposals. LGE Plumbing has a good list of things you should not put down your garbage disposal on Thanksgiving.

Eatocracy has five things you shouldn’t do it or you’ll dry out your turkey. One of them is to not stuff the bird because you have to cook it too long to make sure the stuffing is safe. Their solution for getting turkey drippings into your stuffing even it’s not in the bird is really clever.
