Clover Food Truck, Cambridge, Mass.
Started by an MIT grad, the Clover Food Truck, which runs on alternative fuel, serves local and organic vegetarian fare on campus. The ever-changing, hand-written wipe board menu features breakfast items like hot oatmeal, popovers and drip coffee as well as soups and sandwiches like the soy BLT and chickpea fritter.
