Who says eco mobile food can’t be indulgent? Oh My! Pocket Pies serves a sustainable menu of comfort food like Chicken Chile Relleno pocket pies and burgers made from grass-fed, free-range beef or shrimp from the Gulf. Ingredients are fresh and local, so seasonal specials are in the works, too. Packaging is biodegradable and waste will be composted or recycled.

Carpe Donut, based in Charlottesville, VA, serves hot fresh donuts made from scratch with fresh organic ingredients -"the culinary equivalent of crack cocaine." Oils used to fry the donuts are being converted to environmentally friendly biofuel at the end of their frying life. http://carpedonut.argon.org/
