5 vegetarian grilling recipes for summer

Wow! I tried Latwanda grilled pea surprise and it was fantastic! I have never tasted peas with a delicious smoked taste ever. I will definately make them again.
thank you.

Mix in the following ingredients, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mayo, lima beans, peas, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 2 Rubarb stalks cut into tiny pieces, 1/4 cup of hot sauce. Mix all ingrediants together and place onto a nice size leaf lettuce onto the grill and fold over. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

For a great veggie burger mix a half cup of soymilk, rice, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, olives, beans, and ground beef.

I make pea surprise! In tin foil put a can of green peas, a can of black eyed peas, a can of chick peas, some snap peas. Pour on some haska sauce and pepper to your taste. Grill for 10 minutes after steam starts escaping from the tin foil..Very delicious.

Try combining things that are different. In tin foil place a handfull of radishes, one lemon wedge, green beens and paprika. Close the tin foil and grill for about 15 minutes on high. A very unique and tasty side dish.

Remember stewed prunes? Well these are even better. Place whole prunes on the grill surface and sprinkle on olive oil and toasted sunflower seeds. Keep them on the grill until they split open. These are delicious.

Another veggie that is good on pizza is artichokes (that come in a jar). Another good veggie to grill is cabbage. Just take a head of cabbage and cut in fourths. Drizzle some olive oil on it, add salt and pepper, and wrap it in tin foil and cook it on the grill! I also like to cook chopped zucchini and onions on the grill the same way (in tin foil with oil, salt, pepper).
So many great ways to grill veggies!
Corn on the cob basted with teriyaki sauce (you won't even need butter!)
Broccoli basted with lemon-herb dressing.
Broccoli, asparagus and artichoke hearts basted with a combination of dark sesame oil, soy sauce, and mirin.
Yum!

yes. these look good. also try grilling a whole tomato. it is so good.

That is good. I also have grilled a banana uncut, keep it in its skin. Also a whole cucumber.

Thanks for the recipes, even though i prefer not to barbeque any vegetables.

Agreed! I've never found bbq vegetable taste good, the exceptional is the portebello mushroom.
