Kopi Luwak or Civet Coffee is coffee made from coffee berries which have been eaten and "digested" by the Asian Palm Civet in jungles in Southeast Asia, specifically the Philippines and Indonesia. The civet cats eat the coffee berries normally. However, the coffee beans pass through their system undigested.
I am very disappointed in your materials. I see nothing here that is new, down-to-earth, useful from an ecological standpoint, just the same where to buy products, etc., nothing about real ecology and how in your own private life to live ecologically. I find a lot of old consumeristic data which appeals to ecologically uneducated people, just a rehash of what, when and whare to buy food and goods. I see nothing related to "how to" create your own organic garden, how to care and cultivate for.... More
