Jalapeno Corn Bread

Total cooking time: 30 minutes
1 20-ounce package cornbread mix
1 cup fresh corn
16 ounces whole milk
3 ounces melted butter
2 roasted jalapenos, diced and seeded
- Have all ingredients at room temperature, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x9 baking pan with butter or vegetable oil.
- Add ingredients to large mixing bowl. Stir until blended.
- Pour mix into pan and bake 25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with chili and salsa.
