GustOrganic
GustOrganic is a New York City restaurant that servers 100-percent organic food. It was started by Buenos Aires native Alberto Gonzalez, who first had the idea 10 years ago while traveling to NYC and finding a lack of the good, fresh food he ate growing up. He was working as a sustainable business consultant and naturally fused his vision for a sustainable future into the day-to-day flow of running a great restaurant.

I'm guessing that 100% of your readership doesn't live in New York City. Not much help to those of us who live elsewhere. How about focusing on nationwide restaurant chains?
I have been here and this place is great. I stumble upon it one day on my way to the subway. Would be great if they had another location near my work...Soho?
Just because you are eating organic does not always (most of the time) mean your eating healthy. Same as "low fat" is high sugar and "contains less sugar" means more fat... Be careful...
"restaurant that servers 100-percent organic food." Bravo. Someone who understands that a concept, in this case organic, means following through to be that concept.
