- 4 ounces fresh lemon juice, about three large lemons
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup blackberries
In a large cooking pot dissolve one cup of sugar in two cups of water. Add two more cups of water plus lemon juice. Let cool.
Puree blackberries in a blender. Add to cooling pot with other ingredients.
Strain contents through sieve into a pitcher. Refrigerate.
