Sure, sounds tasty, but it should have at least been pecans since they're one of our biggest commoditiy foods in the state. And maybe it could have been something other that zuchinni bread altogether...maybe something that represents the food heritage of our region...like NMgirl stated. If you're going to post an article about local food dishes, you might want to do some additional research next time. But nice first try.

You might think New Jersey is only about the Sopranos but, hey, it IS the garden state. We do have locally grown corn, tomatoes (as in, Jersey tomatoes), peaches, starwberries, blueberries, etc. You could have come up with at least one recipe from NJ!
