Generally, I like the content on MNN.com. But your suggestions in this graphic to buy a supermarket turkey and canned food seem way off the environmental mark. Supermarket turkeys in all likelihood are raised inhumanely on factory farms. Most canned food comes in cans lined with BPA. Wouldn't it be better to suggest people not buy excess, but buy quality, eco-friendly food, than to buy food that has a pretty big and negative environmental footprint?
