This goes further to proof that what and how we eat is important not only to our longevity but also for a quality full life.
This is misleading. The soy Okinawans eat is FERMENTED, unlike the crap that American vegetarians eat (soy burgers, textured soy protein, etc.), and 95% of the soy in the US is genetically modified.
Fish is meat too.
Ecuador is in South, not central America.
