In fact, every diet will try to reduce the amount of calories that you eat per day. From the mathematical point of view, this is quite fair. If you eat more calories than you consume, your body will automatically convert the surplus into fat.

The problem with all these diets is that they all restrict very much the amount of calories you’re allowed to consume. But, it is unanimously agreed that such a restrictive eating cannot be sustained for a very long period of time.
