I would have a LOT more respect for MNN if they'd offered opposing viewpoints, especially since there's evidence that pasture-raised eggs are actually really good for you, yolk and all. :)

It's hard to imagine that "studies" of this abysmally low caliber can even make the news. Nothing, absolutely nothing, can be meaningfully inferred from a study that makes simple correlations between 2 variables without controlling for other known factors. Ignorance of basic, fundamentally sound research design and misuse of statistical probability. Is MNN really this desperate for worthy news stories?
