It's summer, and that means popsicles and ice cream for the kids. Most of the time us adults look upon kids' treats with fond memories, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who wouldn't touch one of those brightly colored, but ultimately kinda crummy-tasting treats.
The good news is that Jerry James Stone, at Cooking Stoned, is here to rescue us from ceding all the hot-weather fun to the children. On his site, he has some grown-up and super flavorful (all made with whole, healthy foods and few ingredients) summertime treats.
