The 85th Annual Academy Awards are this Sunday night, and a viewing of the ceremony calls for some dishes to munch on. I’ve rounded up some great ideas for you.

I’m in charge of taking the cheese plate to my friend’s house for her Oscar party, and Madame Fromage has some a list of red carpet rinds for a cheese plate that she says compliment some of the nominees wonderfully.
If you’re serving an entire meal at your Oscar party, Epicurious has created entire movie-themed menus inspired by the films nominated for best picture.
Don’t forget the champagne. Try one of these 7 organic Champagne cocktails at your party, and if you can, use some bubbly from a local winery.
