Sweet, juicy blueberries are in season right now. With blueberry plants loaded with blueberries that are sun-kissed and plump, now is the time to be enjoying them in Oregon. Blueberries are incredibly rich in antioxidants that may help prevent cancer and other disease. But what I know for sure is that blueberries are delicious. Don't limit yourself, and use them throughout the day. Here are some healthy recipe ideas.

For the Morning:
Start the day with Lemon Blueberry Pancakes and sprinkle with lemon juice and homemade powdered sugar.

Another special breakfast would be Blueberry Coffee Cake.

However, my favorite way is to make a quick smoothie with blueberries, banana, coconut milk or yogurt, and ice cubes. I also love to make a simple fruit salad (with plenty of blueberries) and top with a lightly sweetened yogurt and homemade granola. Yum!

For Lunch:
Did you know that blueberries can make delicious spreads for sandwiches? Well, check out this truly gourmet recipe for Roasted Turkey Breast with Brie and Blueberry Chipotle Chutney, if you don't believe me.

Another idea for sandwiches is to use homemade Pickled Blueberries.

For the Afternoon:
A simple favorite is to enjoy frozen blueberries as a midday snack. Perfect on a hot day.

Or, for a special treat, how about a blueberry scone with a cup of coffee?

For Dinner:
Blueberries make awesome savory sauces. For example, check out this Grilled Salmon Steaks with Savory Blueberry Sauce.

For a side dish, try this vibrant beautifully blue, Blueberry Risotto.

For Dessert:
For a surprisingly light blueberry dessert, this Blueberry Yogurt Parfait is a healthy dessert.

One of my favorite combinations is maple syrup and cream, and this Maple Blueberry Parfait combines them both with blueberries.

And speaking of maple syrup, this pure maple syrup sweetened Blueberry Apricot Crisp sounds delicious!

I’d love to hear from you! Do you have any favorite blueberry recipes to share?

Blueberry is an antioxidant: everyday you should drink a glass of pure blueberry-juice, the same size, of everyday. They say that juice is the nectar, of our brain. Besides, drinking its juice: with a clean cotton compress. You rub with the blueberry juice and you rub it, on your face evenly: to rejuvenate your skin of every day, you'll be forever young. You can use that juice as to clean your eyes (with eyes closed) rub it back and forth as to make your eyes to see clearer in the dark.In the year 1800,
