Meat can be delicious when it's cooked correctly, but some of the meatpacking industry's practices make the consumption of animal products increasingly unpalatable to millions of people. Some people are concerned about the long-term effects on human and planet health, but some just want to cut back. If the thought of going cold turkey is too much, try eating meat in moderation.
