Baked Stuffed Apples

- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 6 ounces raisins
- 4 ounces
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 shot brandy
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove cap of each apple, peel and core.
In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine raisins, walnuts, brandy, brown sugar and butter. Stir until blended.
Divide mix equally. Stuff apples. Replace cap and put cinnamon stick in place of apple stem.
Place apples in baking pan and pour orange juice over them.
Bake apples for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm.
