Parm pumpkin is wonderful...if you do not like pumpkin substitute another squash...like acorn or butternut

Pumpkin Fry Recipe:
Cut the pumpkin in thin slice of size around 3 inch long. Take a bowl. Add half tea spoon turmeric powder, salt to taste, Poppy seed paste, one tea spoon flower. Mix all together with a half cup of water so that a thin paste can produce. Now heat the pan and add oil for deep fry. Fry the pumpkin after dip in the paste. Hot serve with rice & channa dal.

Where do you buy Poppy Seed paste? What kind of oil do yo use? How much oil in the pan?
