Mango Banana Smoothie

For a vitamin C boost, jump start the work day with a tropical fruit blend smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender set to smoothie about 25 seconds, or until contents have a milkshake-like consistency.
