Go Green! Place a moistened loaf of bread on your picnic table outside for about a week. When it has turned into what looks like a mold loaf, bring it inside and bake the whole thing in the oven for about an hour at 450 degrees. Remove the loaf and scrape off the outside crust onto your favorite pie. You will not believe how this tastes!

Here's a great way to start off your day.
In a large mixing bowl, crumble about 20 saltine crackers. Then add in 1 cup of vegetable oil and a cup of prunes. Pour in about a 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients in the blender for about a minute. It makes a delicious and nutricious breakfast shake.

Try boiling a cup of soy milk until it curdles and then sprinkle on three to four tablespoons of sugar on top with pine nuts. It tastes so good!
