Smoked Gouda and Granny Smith Apple Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 slice smoked Gouda
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
Cooking directions
- Layer cheese and apple on one side of sliced bread. Add sea salt. Spoon apricot preserves onto second slice. Press together.
