Here is tuna disguised as salad, a quick fix that’s nutritionally dense and delicious.

- 8 ounces baby greens
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 avocadoes, halved and sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 2 limes, juiced
- 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 2 ounces water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 albacore tuna steaks

Total time: 20 minutes
Rinse, pat dry and plate the greens.
To make salad, combine onion, avocadoes, green onions and seasoning in mixing bowl. Set aside.
To make dressing, combine lime, Tabasco, wasabi, cilantro and water in a sauce pot over medium-high heat. Bring to low boil and simmer. Stir occasionally until wasabi paste dissolves, 6 to 8 minutes.
Add oil to large skillet over medium-high heat. Place tuna in pan. Sear on both sides, 2 minutes for rare, 3 minutes for medium. Remove from heat. Rare steaks will be pinkish inside, with medium steaks less so.
Plate fish and pour dressing over top.
