Eat well
The resolve to eat lighter, healthier food might be melting away right about now. However, it's still possible to eat hearty meals without putting on the pounds.
Take a cue from the cuisine of the Mediterranean, which derives much of its flavor from olive oil, herbs and spices rather than cream, fatty meats and cheese.
