This is an excellent way in which to cook almost any vegetable. We have used it for cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, beets, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic cloves, and a number of others. Mix several together. Makes an easy and healthy vegetable dish. The only problem is we almost never have left overs.
