5 recipes for the non-dairy baker: Mouth-watering
Often there's no milk in the the house and as for butter a lot of the
time I can live without it, which makes dairy free baking an easy option.
My problem is that it is a now and then thing. I am working toward more of a year round approach though.
Nowdays, you need a special menu for every guest...i'm fine with that on legitimate ailments but it gets tiring to cook based on preference.
Thanks for these ideas. One of my daughters has gone vegan again and I find baking a chore when she comes home for a visit.
