- 2 bagels, plain or multigrain
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Preheat oven 250 degrees.
- Cut bagels crosswise into even sections about 1/4 inch thick. Combine in mixing bowl with oil and seasoning.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes, or until crisp but not hard.
