- 1 pound ripe peaches
- Drizzle canola or vegetable oil
- Using a sharp knife, make a deep slice through center of peach. Remove peach pit by twisting each half in opposite directions. Scoop out pit. Brush flesh with oil. Place halves flesh side down on grill until tender but not falling apart.
