Garlic Chives Dip

This no-fuss, no-muss dip can easily be made from scratch with common kitchen ingredients.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes plus refrigeration

Yield: Serves 4 to 6

Garlic Chives Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbs. fresh chives, rinsed and chopped fine
  • 1 tbs. garlic flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the sour cream and chives in a mixing bowl. Stir in the garlic flakes. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to fuse.
  3. Plate and serve with cut veggies or crackers.
