- 1 three-pound cantaloupe, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt, Greek or plain
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash of curry powder
- Sprig of fresh mint for garnish
- Ice cubes, optional

Rinse and prep the vegetables.
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender. Process for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
