Jalapeno Corn Bread
Next time you make corn bread, spice it up with jalapeno peppers!

- 1 cup fresh corn
- 16 ounces whole milk
- 3 ounces melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 roasted jalapenos, diced and seeded

Have all ingredients at room temperature, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9x9 baking pan with butter or vegetable oil.

Add ingredients to large mixing bowl. Stir until blended.

Pour mix into pan and bake 25 minutes or until golden.

Serve with chili and salsa.
