Al Gore's call to action

Video from Al Gore's speech yesterday at the Copenhagen climate talks.

Wed, Dec 16 2009 at 5:56 AM EST

Here's Al Gore's inspiring talk from a side event Tuesday here at the Belle Center. Things have become a bit hectic here at the climate talks so I'll be keeping my posts very brief. Please follow all the action on my Twitter feed @greendig.

There's all sorts of craziness happening. A sit-in has just begun at registration. They've stopped all NGO registration and there are zillions of people outside along with huge numbers of police, attack dogs and paddy wagons. I also saw water canons prepped and ready. I'm staying in!

On such a complex science as "Global Warming", why, for cripes sake, would anyone even listen a person whose Bachelor of Art's degree requirements were a minimum of 6 hours of bonehead math and 6 hours of bone head science?

It is no wonder Americans rank 25th or so in Science and Math, letting the scientifically illiterate media "celebrities" scare the bejeebers out of them.
