Earthquake aftermath in Chile
People tour a beach littered with debris after Dichato, Chile, was hit by an earthquake on Feb. 27 and a tsunami on March 9. Food, water and electricity continue to arrive for victims. The devastating quake measured in at 8.8 on the Richter scale — 800 times more powerful than Haiti's 7.0 January earthquake.
