Dr. Daniel Farrar is the first to receive the swine flu vaccine at the University College London Hospital, as mass immunizations begin Oct. 21 in London. The program, offering more than 11 million people the vaccine, began with hospitals immunizing frontline healthcare workers and their patients who fall into at-risk categories.
