Chris Penrose’s Team DOT – to “talk to more customers about paperless billing” – shows both the viral power of DOT and how it can accelerate business initiatives that ultimately save the company money. Chris encouraged his region’s employees to make it their DOT to sign up themselves and their customers for paperless billing. By attaching paperless billing to DOT and sustainability, the overall South Central region increased its paperless billing take rate from 1% to 20% in less than three months. This translates to about $700,000 in annual savings.
