Climate took center stage, but back in D.C. politicians were busy creating legislation to weaken the EPA in anticipation of its future regulatory power. Here are some highlights from the Green News Report.
But as Obama was in New York beginning "a new era of engagement" with the global community on climate change, elected leaders on Capitol Hill were busy creating preemptive legislation that would limit the power of the EPA in its regulatory abilities.
