iI disagree i totaly hate it why would we want to eat paper the human race will refuse it anyways. -_-

I immediately thought of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.....

the "ink" didnt come from nowhere
the food was still farmed, and processed to hell
this isnt eco friendly, modified foods are NEVER eco friendly.

I don't get this. What's it printing the food on? Are we going to be like the Jetsons or living in the Douglas Adams universe? Just paint my food on my plate, thanks. No need to tell the machine what I want, it can just pick it out of my head. Now where's my lightsaber-butterknife?
while this may become a reality, like the lab grown meat, it wont become socially acceptable, and normal people will prefer the organic stuff. you can see that happening in the world right now, with all the gmo products out there and the rise of the organic revolution...this, while cool looking, seems like a step backwards for society as opposed to a step forward.
I completely agree!! The conventional and GMO growers are panicking as sales for organic foods continue to increase and more and more people are switching out highly processed crap and poisoned foods for real food. It's an exciting time to be alive!!!

I've been doing this for decades with my old dot matrix printer. The ink tastes like crap though.

So the ink bypasses all the other processes? How? there's an Ink Fairy? It's delivered via plumbing?

People seem to be forgetting that farming, fertilizing, transporting, refrigerating, packaging, fabricating, cooking, and serving are people's JOBS. Without the need for those things, just how many millions of people would be out of a job?

what happen to invention number 17 lol we want invention 17 hell no we wont go...we want invention 17 ..hell no we wont goooo lol crazy people why they put number 17 them i miss invention 17 lol

Finally... I've been waiting for this all my life. Never liked the idea of growing plants in order to eat them.

Any StarTrek fan would see that the technology is original, but the idea is not....
