'Tattoo' monitors patient information and medicates too
A temporary tattoo-like device that could store medical information and release medicine directly into patients' skin has been developed at the University of Texas.
The device, which sticks to skin through electrostatic force, uses flexible materials that contain sensors, RAM capabilities, microheaters and medicine.
The "tattoo" could be used to treat patients with diseases such as Parkinson's or epilepsy.
