$4 a gallon gas (trains)The train starts to look like a great way to commute when it costs $4 to put a gallon of gas in your car. Last summer's gas-price spike sent an accompanying spike of traffic to the nation's railways. Amtrak trains are full to the gills with new commuters while some regional transit routes are add to capacity.
