I'm allergic to nylon and polyester, and fiberfill, Thanks to a lifetime of producing passenger tires on a tire machine. Guess what,,Seatbelts are made of woven nylon,,I can't protect myself in a vehicle because I can"t wear one,,Bizarre ??

Does anyone know anyone else who is allergic to fruit .. i have a sometimes severe reaction when I eat fruit ... especially peaches ,pears ,apples ,plums ..almost any kind of fruit .. even grapes .however the seedless variety does not effect me ..also bananas have no ill effects as well as tomatoes and other citrus fruits .. my reaction consist of severe itching of the throat and tongue and then nausea and vomiting within a few minutes after eating the fruit ...sometimes it is not as severe

It sounds as tough your allergic to the peel seed of a fruit. all the fruits you said have peels that usally aren't removed. i know a woman who's allergic the fig peels but can eat a fig without the peel . maybe try peeling the fruits and eating them wothout the seeds. if it still dosen't work just don't eat it

I had hoped this list would be chalk full of neat information about allergies and how to cope with them. Sadly, it was only moderately informative, with most of the solutions equating to "Allergic to peanuts? Avoid peanuts!" "Allergic to sun? Stay out of the sun!" Even the mold category failed to mention that people are generally allergic to a SPECIFIC GENUS OF MOLD; not ALL mold. The best one was pollen.
