ATX...Sprawl is killing Austin.
The city (and don't even ask about the state) has zero plans for controlling it's out of control growth. It's a nice city if you're a millionaire that can afford a nice house in the limited downtown area. Otherwise...you'll feel like you're living in some suburban Oklahoma nightmare.
