I'm not going to call Ben Stiller and his wife, Christine Taylor, vegans or vegetarians — but let's just say they're on the right track.

In a new interview with People magazine, Taylor says that their entire family is now on a green kick — upping their intake of vegetables as part of a healthier lifestyle. While it's been fairly easy for the couple, their two kids — daughter Ella, 10, and son Quinlin, 6 — have needed a bit more convincing.

“Ben and I make these green drinks in the morning and they look at us like it’s from another planet,” Taylor said. “I joke, ‘Just join the party! Don’t complain so much, just join us.’”

Taylor added that she and Ben are still indulging in "things that aren't so good for you," but only in moderation.

“It really has changed our energy level,” she notes. “Sometimes you don’t realize it until someone says it to you, like, ‘Your skin looks amazing.’”

The 40-year-old actress added that she only wished she had educated herself on healthy eating earlier. “We have friends that are vegan and their kids came out vegan,” she says. “I’m so jealous that they had the information and they started the kids early because now to go back, it’s a little harder.”

Taylor and Stiller join a long list of celebrities cutting back on meat and dairy and embracing more greens — including Meredith Vieira, Bill Clinton, Russell Brand, Carrie Underwood and even Ozzy Osbourne.

“I feel OK actually," rocker Osbourne said of his new diet. "I feel better about myself, you know? I go on binges…That’s the reason why I decided to cut out meat and dairy because I’ve limited what I can have because when you’re on the road and you’re traveling, you grab buns and … burgers are everywhere … so now I’ve just narrowed the margin.”
