While George Clooney has never looked like someone in need of nutritional advice, the 50-year-old actor is nonetheless starting off 2012 on a healthy note.

During this year's Golden Globe Awards, for which he scored the Best Actor honor, Clooney revealed the first part of his dietary change: no alcohol. "I've made a little New Year's deal that I wouldn't drink for a while... I'm giving my liver a chance to catch back up," he told reporters.

On the premiere of the revived CBS special "Person to Person" (Feb. 8, 8 p.m. E/T), Clooney gives viewers a personal tour of his 7,000-square-foot mansion in Studio City, Calif. When the cameras get to the kitchen, he discusses a bit more about his new health routine.

"There is a lady that makes salads for me and some sort of a juice thing," he says, showing off his organized glass fronted fridge. "One of my New Year's resolutions was to eat better and to do one of those cleanses. Really glad I did that."

Other notables opening their doors to CBS include Jon Bon Jovi and Warren Buffett. You can check out a preview for the series below.

Oh, please. He wasn't being serious. He was trying to make it seem like he and his fake girlfriend publicity escort actually have a relationship.
