While every one of these foods are importrant in the diet (except for salmon which has too much mercury to eat rregularly) the three most important ones are missing; Grass fed meat has 10 times the Vitamins A,D & E than salmon and has depth of nutrients one cannot get anywhere else. Healthy organic saturated fats from animals raised in the sun; beef, eggs, butter along with coconut oil build a healthy immune system.
