Have fun when you are doing your aerobic an anaerobic exercise. Run with music to increase your speed, walk with your kids, friend, parent or neighbor. Bicycling is always a great improvement to tone your lower body and look amazing on your jeans or skirt , no matter what size it is. Have fun with card.
